YTV Rec Room aired on YTV I believe in the early 90's.
The setting was in the basement/recreation room of siblings Jan & Steve.
Jan was played by Janis MacKay (Janice McKay possibly).
Steve was played by Steven Birch.
The show would show some videos of current day popular music. Have some comedy sketches. Occasionally have their friends drop by too.
Jen was also seen as the first ever between shows hosts for kids. Her name was Jazzy Jan. She eventually got replaced by Fresh Phil and a cast of others.
Extremely little exists out there on this YTV gem of a show (ditto for the Ron Oliver show - ehich will soon be getting its own page).
